Stray dog mothers are truly the most compassionate and caring beings in the world. There is nothing they wouldn’t do to help their little pups.
Even when things get really difficult, they keep going and do whatever it takes to care for their young.
It’s just heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time. No dog should have to go through such hardships without help, and dog moms deserve it all.
This story is about a mother dog who saw some strangers and asked them for help for her babies by sticking her head in a car.
A caring dog mom
When a pair of strangers spotted a worried dog on the side of the road, they noticed something suspicious and stopped.
The woman noticed how distressed the dog was and realized she was looking through the car window, asking for help.
All the time she hoped that someone would come and help, but no one did.
They realized they couldn’t just drive along and do nothing, so they parked the car and followed the mother dog.
Moments later, she led them to the sewer where her babies were. Her new rescuers knew they had to act quickly as it was getting too cold for the pups.
You are finally safe
It wasn’t difficult because the puppies weren’t afraid of people and they were immediately reunited with their mother.
They were all put in a small kennel and taken to the car. The drive to the shelter was long, but the puppies slept the whole time.
Upon arrival, the puppies and the mother dog were given something to eat and drink, as they were probably already very hungry. They seemed to be in good health, which was good news.
Another interesting fact was that the dog’s mother, now called Maria, adopted two new puppies who needed a mother.
She cares for them as if they were her own and they are thriving under her care. It’s amazing to see.
Even though they are still small, the puppies will soon be vaccinated and ready for adoption.
Until then, however, they will remain in the animal shelter, where they can play and explore their surroundings.
