Kelly Brook says she has the LA lifestyle to thank for getting back into shape but on Tuesday she was spotted out and about in Los Angeles picking up more than a little alcohol.
While she may be breaking some of her clean living rules, she’s still got a figure to be proud of.
The 35-year-old actress was making the most of her taught tum when she popped into the shops in a little cropped tee.
The star of recently panned US sitcom One Big Happy was showing off her flat stomach in a purple grey cut-off t-shirt with a pair of mid-waisted jeans.
While her top was loose around her trademark assets, her blue skinny jeans were tight to make sure everyone could see the results of her sessions in the gym.
She kept her long ombre locks in light waves around her shoulders and kept her make-up simple and illuminated beneath her big tortoise shell sunglasses.
She accessorised with a black quilted Chanel handbag with a black chain strap teamed with a pair of matching lace-up cut out heeled sandals with silver stud detailing.
The former Big Breakfast presenter looked thrilled as she enjoyed the California sunshine, despite the recent poor reviews for her new TV show.
Kelly’s been working hard on regaining her figure and has been keeping up with the locals, posting snaps of herself putting in the hours at Barry’s Bootcamp.
Her transformation has seen Kelly lose three inches from her waist since embarking on the Atkins fitness plan in January.
‘I’ve got these big boobs and this big bum and [my friends] were worried that I might go Hollywood,’ the star has admitted of her famous curves, which she admits she works hard to keep in check.
‘The California lifestyle, though, is brilliant,’ she added to Madison.com. ‘I go to the beach, I work out, I don’t eat carbs.’
She’s been promoting her new diet all over social media and recently said, ‘I have been following the Atkins Nutritional Approach since January!! [I] feel amaze and [my] skin is glowing.’
As with most successful fitness regime’s Kelly isn’t working alone and has been on the diet and training plan with her local friend and fellow model Natalie Loren.
Natalie was seen with Kelly as they stopped off at the shops to pick up two cases of Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
So, it seems like she may have cut out carbs but she hasn’t cut out alcohol.
She had help from the shop assistant, bringing the booze to her car as the pair, who have been near inseparable made their way.
The two of them are not only training partners, they went to watch tennis together, they visited the Huntington Library and of course, they’ve stayed in to have a drink together.
Meanwhile, Kelly has been warned by show bosses not to date her hunky American co-star Nick Zano because it could make things awkward on the set of the Ellen DeGeneres produced NBC comedy.
The 35-year-old British beauty said: ‘I can’t date him. We’ve been told we’re not allowed to because, well … we’re just not allowed. It would just be awkward for everyone, we’d have a spat.’
However, Kelly said the ban has worked in her favour by helping make their sex scenes look even more realistic.
According to The Sun newspaper, the British star said: ‘When we’re kissing, we really go for it because there’s a lot of pent-up sexual tension.’
