WWE superstar Chelsea Green claims she was kicked out of a Manhattan hotel because the staffers believed she was an escort based on her clothing — less than a week away from the promotion’s biggest night, WrestleMania.
Green, 33, who was in NYC for WWE’s “Monday Night Raw” at Barclays Center, says she and a friend planned on getting drinks at The Plaza Hotel’s Champagne Bar Tuesday night before seeing a Broadway show.
However, her plans changed because of angry hotel staff.

“Man… one night you’re wrestling at Barclays Center, having the time of your life and the next you’re being kicked out of @FairmontHotels and accused of being an escort because of your outfit,” Green posted to X on Wednesday.
She claimed the incident happened around 5:45 p.m. when the two friends attempted to start their night in the bar but were told to leave because they weren’t staying at the Midtown hotel, according to TMZ.
