She’s not one to shy away from making a bold style statement.
And Nicki Minaj pulled out all the stops as she attended the Versace Spring/Summer ’19 show in a jaw-dropping ensemble during Milan Fashion Week on Friday.
The Anaconda hitmaker, 35, put on an eye-poppingly busty display in a plunging leather corset teamed with a printed skirt and green gloves.
Bold look: Nicki Minaj put on a VERY busty display in a plunging leather corset and bizarre green gloves as she wowed on the FROW at the Versace MFW show
Nicki gave onlookers an eyeful of her cleavage in the corset, which cinched in her waist thanks to a belt embellished with gold chains.
She injected a dose of colour to the look with a bright puffball skirt featuring a multi-coloured graphic print and a thigh-split.
The Bang Bang hitmaker added height to her frame with a pair of red satin barely-there heels and accessorised with green leather gloves.
Clearly getting into the clashing prints theme, Minaj also rocked a blue and yellow tartan scarf wrapped around her head and accessorised with a chunky gold necklace.
She framed her features with a dramatic slick of winged eyeliner and plumped her pout with a nude lipgloss.
Her sighting came after she donned a black Diesel jacket emblazoned with ‘The Bad Guy’ while serving as brand ambassador duties for the fashion label.
Fans were left hitting out at the Italian label’s founder Renzo Rosso for the choice of the hip-hop star to represent his FW/18 ‘Hate Couture’ collection, which benefits cyber-bullying organisations – given her recent fracas with Cardi B.
The 10-time Grammy nominee has previously been locked in public feuds with chart rivals such as Cardi B, Miley Cyrus, Mariah Carey, Lil’ Kim, and Remy Ma – leading to the backlash from fans about the choice to feature her as an ambassador.
When a Twitter user blasted the idea of Nicki as an ‘anti-bullying beacon’ on Wednesday, bosses at Diesel replied: ‘We’re here to support anyone who’s getting hated on, and Nicki is one of them.’
The clothing company reportedly shut down an entire block near their San Babila flagship store in honor of the Trinidad-born, New York-raised star, who gushed: ‘Milan, I love you!’
Nicki got into a fight with Cardi B during a New York Fashion Week party earlier this month.
A source told TMZ that the rapper feels ‘zero remorse’ for the events and that she was simply ‘defending her daughter’s honour,’ after hearing the Anaconda rapper, 35, had been ‘talking trash’ about her family, sources claimed.
Cardi believes Nicki likes to ‘incite people for sport’ and was so enraged by her alleged comments that she would throw a shoe at her again.
‘Cardi B wouldn’t change a damn thing about her decision to attack Nicki Minaj, in fact, she’d even chuck her shoe again in that same situation,’ a source told the site.
‘Cardi was simply defending her daughter’s honor after hearing Nicki had been talking trash about her family… and she’d still sling her stiletto if she had to do it all over again.’
The insider added: ‘Cardi thinks Nicki has some nerve saying she needs an intervention, when Nicki is the one who incites people almost for sport.’
