‘I was dirty in my thirties and I’m naughty in my forties’: Kelly Brook, 43, vows to keep posing for sexy snaps but admits she feels the aches and pains of age

She soared to fame in the 90s with her presenting stint on The Big Breakfast, before becoming a lads’ mag pin-up girl.

But Kelly Brook insists that despite turning 40 last year, she won’t shy away from the camera or stop posing for sexy snaps.

However, the Heart radio host revealed that things are not as easy as they used to be as she admitted to feeling the aches and pains of ageing.

Still got it: Kelly Brook insists that despite turning 40 last year, she won't shy away from the camera or stop posing for sexy snaps

Speaking to The Sun on Sunday, she said: ‘I was dirty in my thirties, I’m naughty in my forties and I’m going to be fit as f*** in my fifties.

‘Obviously it’s still important for me to look as good as I can. When you’re younger everything is a bit easier, isn’t it? But now in the morning when I wake up, my lower back hurts a little bit.’

The star went on to say that her back ‘really hurts’ in the mornings and that she misses being able to ‘bounce around’ like she used to in the gym, without feeling the pains she does now.

However, she firmly stated that she does not wish she was 20 again, adding ‘no way!’

Younger years: Earlier this month, Kelly said she won't shy away from the camera or stop posing for sexy Instagram snaps just because she's 40 (pictured in 2000)

The green-fingered star, who often presents gardening segments on This Morning, also told how she often feels glamorous while working in her garden, as she insisted that ‘gardening is sexy’.

Explaining the reasons why, the beauty cheekily told how one gets ‘covered in dirt’ while down on ‘all fours’, adding that the activity was ‘quite sexy.’

Elsewhere, during her time in the spotlight, Kelly has had her fair share of high-profile relationships including  actors Jason Statham and Billy Zane and rugby hunks Danny Cipriani and Thom Evans.

However, Kelly is now happily loved-up with French model Jeremy Parisi, 34, whom she’s isolating with in their London home.

Declaration: Speaking to The Sun on Sunday , she said: 'I was dirty in my thirties, I¿m naughty in my forties and I¿m going to be fit as f*** in my fifties'

On reflection: 'Obviously it¿s still important for me to look as good as I can. When you¿re younger everything is a bit easier, isn¿t it? But now in the morning when I wake up, my lower back hurts a little bit'

But amid the coronavirus lockdown, the This Morning regular admitted to suffering with anxiety for the first time in her life.

She explained to the publication: ‘When coronavirus first arrived I had a bit of a tight chest and I was thinking, “Oh God, I’ve got coronavirus” but then I was like, “No, I haven’t, it’s grief. This is me grieving my life”. I had it for about three weeks and it was really quite difficult.’

Kelly went on to that during times when she’s been working from home, ‘negative thoughts’ would creep in as she began to panic about being restricted to her home amid lockdown.

Harder with age: The star went on to say that her back 'really hurts' in the mornings and that she misses being able to 'bounce around' like she used to in the gym, without feeling the pains she does now'

She explained that she would sometimes get out of bed and sit in her kitchen as she contemplated the situation facing the world currently.

Amid her worries, Kelly has continued to show her support for the NHS as she often takes to her doorstep for the weekly Clap For Carers national applause of those those who are risking in their lives in the war against COVID-19.

Last month the star was seen armed with a metal saucepan and wooden spoon, as ensured her appreciation was noted as she joined in a chorus of claps and cheers.

The radio DJ looked typically stylish in a billowing printed summer dress and trainers while saluting the NHS in their efforts to save lives across the country.
